If you've never marinated in yogurt before, you'll be very pleased with the results. The chicken will end up incredibly moist and the garlic and citrus flavors really come through. Make sure it's a Greek style yogurt, which is available at most grocery stores now.
Wipe the excess marinade off the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about four minutes per side.
Alternatively, you can grill these, taking care not to overcook them.
