With plenty of outdoor seating available, you're welcome to bring your own picnic or purchase our available snacks to enjoy on our scenic patio. Well-behaved dogs are allowed, but we kindly ask that you keep them away from our tasting counters and food sample areas.

Walk-in tastings are welcome! To avoid longer wait-times on busy days, please plan accordingly and make a reservation.

Signature Tasting Reservation

Small groups of up to eight (8) people can enjoy guided tastings of our premium olive oils, paired with vinegars, spices, and fresh bread or gluten-free crackers. Our expert staff are happy to explain the story behind each of our products and answer any questions along the way.

Large Group Reservations

Available for large groups of nine (9) or more. A tasting fee will be charged to reserve your spot. Cancelations must be made 48 hours prior to your reservation to receive a full refund.

This was such a memorable and special activity. Not every day do you get to taste test a variety of fresh olive oil, vinegars and herb blends. We were the only ones outside during this weekday visit, making the surroundings even more appealing with the magpies and hawks passing by or looking over the orchard and blue skies. The tasting was even better than I had expected it and the person who served us knew her information well and made the experience wonderful.

We visited several olive oil tasting rooms in the area and I have to say the staff here was the most knowledgeable and friendly we found. This was also a one of a kind olive oil, vinegar, spice tasting and pairing experience. They provide a one on one tasting and pair the oils with vinegars and spices so you know what different combinations will taste like in your actual cooking! They have recipes available that they have tested to provide excellent meal and dessert options. I highly recommend you don't miss Pasolivo in your travels to Paso Robles!
