Returning July 2026. Savory and subtly sweet, we co-mill caramelized onions and estate-grown Tuscan olives for a rich, balanced flavor that elevates pasta, sandwiches, roasted vegetables, and more.

Our Caramelized Onion Olive Oil is made by slowly caramelizing fresh onions on-site and co-milling them with our estate-grown Tuscan olives to create a rich, deeply savory flavor. Using the same milling process as our extra virgin olive oils, it delivers the same health benefits found in our California Olive Oil Council (COOC) Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oils while capturing the warm sweetness of caramelized onion.

Sustainably farmed olives are hand-harvested and pressed within hours at our on-site mill, then co-milled in small batches to preserve peak freshness, balance, and intensity in every bottle. The result is a beautifully layered oil with savory depth, subtle sweetness, and a smooth peppery finish.

Savory and versatile, this small-batch oil elevates pasta, sandwiches, roasted vegetables, and more with its rich caramelized flavor.
