The Pasolivo Aperitivo

The Pasolivo version of an Aperol Spritz. It's light, summery, and easy to prepare in larger batches for hosting.

Ingredients

Preparations

  1. Combine the Orange Blossom Honey and two tablespoons of water in a small bowl. Microwave for 10 seconds or less, just to melt the honey. Stir to dissolve.
  2. Combine a quarter ounce honey syrup, Aperol, and Habanero Vinegar in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
  3. Strain into a white wine glass with ice. Top with Prosecco and a splash of soda water.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice. Enjoy!
