Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well with a large spoon or with your hands.
Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, make meatballs about the size of a golf ball and place onto a prepared pan.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup.
