This delicious chicken recipe features our Cilantro Lime Olive Oil. This is a quick and easy dinner with bright, fresh flavors. Serve with rice, an extra drizzle of Cilantro Lime Olive Oil, and fresh cilantro.
In a large frying pan, warm 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Cilantro Lime Olive Oil on medium.
Sprinkle chicken with Pasolivo Roasted Garlic Sea Salt and cook until done.
Remove chicken from pan and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Add 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Cilantro Lime Olive Oil to the chicken skillet and turn the heat to medium-low.
Add onions and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add mushrooms, chicken broth, Pasolivo Smokey Spice Blend, and simmer until reduced by half.
Then reduce heat to low.
Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt and chicken.
Serve over rice and drizzle with additional Pasolivo Cilantro Lime Olive Oil.
