Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside
On a platter or in a shallow bowl, place romaine on the bottom. Then add green beans to a section, potatoes to a section, etc., until all ingredients are arranged.
Break salmon into large pieces and place around tray
Pour dressing over the top and serve
