This is a hearty winter side dish with Pasolivo Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients

Preparations

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  2. Mix together mustard, Pasolivo Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup, Pasolivo Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss with veggies, roast in roasting pan (stirring occasionally) for 30 minutes.
