  1. Add tequila, pomegranate juice, fresh lemon juice, Pasolivo Raspberry Basil Vinegar, and Pasolivo Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously.
  2. Rim glass with Pasolivo Basil Olive Oil and Pasolivo Black Lava Sea Salt. Strain cocktail into glass, add a twist of lemon, and serve.
