  1. In a 2-quart saucepan, combine the frozen raspberries and water.
  2. Heat over medium heat, cover, and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries break down and start to bubble.
  3. Stir in the Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey, Raspberry Basil Vinegar, and Himalayan Pink Sea Salt until fully combined.
  4. Continue cooking uncovered for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let cool in the pot for a few minutes.
  5. Transfer to a jar and allow to cool completely before storing or serving.
