1/4 cup crumbled feta, or shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons roasted pine nuts
Preparations
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Wash broccoli, peel stems and slice 1/2" thick.
Cut florets into bite size pieces.
Toss broccoli in a large bowl with Pasolivo Olive Oil and spread onto parchment lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with Pasolivo salt, and pepper.
Roast for 10 minutes, stir and roast until tender, stirring every 5 minutes.
Toss roasted broccoli in a bowl with fresh lime juice, cheese and pine nuts. Serve immediately.
