These roasted grapes are a delightful mix of sweet and tangy, made even more vibrant with a hint of lemon. Perfect for topping goat cheese crostini, adding flair to salads, or elevating a cheese board, they’re a simple yet elegant addition to any gathering. Preparations

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Mix grapes with Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil , and place on a parchment lined baking sheet
  3. Separate the grapes so they aren't clumped together
  4. Sprinkle with Pasolivo Lemon Sea Salt
  5. Roast about 20 minutes until they have wrinkled skin and are starting to burst
  6. These are good with goat cheese on crostini, by themselves on a cheese board, in salads, or on pizza
  7. Optional: roast without Pasolivo Lemon Sea Salt for a just sweet flavor. Use as above
