A classic Middle Eastern dish made Pasolivo style.This skillet dish of eggs in a deliciously fragrant red sauce includes Cucina Olive Oil for an amazing added butteriness.
Warm Pasolivo Marinara Sauce in a 10 fry pan, and bring to a low simmer.
Make 4 small indentations in sauce, and crack eggs into each well.
Cover and cook until egg whites are just set. (Check after 4 minutes to see if done).
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle with Pasolivo Cucina Olive Oil and serve with crusty bread.
