A classic Middle Eastern dish made Pasolivo style. This skillet dish of eggs in a deliciously fragrant red sauce includes Cucina Olive Oil for an amazing added butteriness.

Ingredients

Preparations

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Warm Pasolivo Marinara Sauce in a 10 fry pan, and bring to a low simmer.
  3. Make 4 small indentations in sauce, and crack eggs into each well.
  4. Cover and cook until egg whites are just set. (Check after 4 minutes to see if done).
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Drizzle with Pasolivo Cucina Olive Oil and serve with crusty bread.
