Marinara Sauce

4 cups
• 5 Tbsp Cucina Olive Oil
• 2/3 cup chopped onion
• 1 tsp Kosher Flake Sea Salt
• 1 large clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 4 Tbsp Pasolivo Spicy Italian Seasoning
• 28 oz can peeled tomatoes
• 6 oz can tomato paste
• 1/2 cup good, dry white wine
Warm Pasolivo Cucina Olive Oil in large skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion and Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt. Saute 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Using an immersion blender, regular blender, or food processor, blend sauce until smooth. Serve over pasta
