Sheet Pan Maple Garlic Salmon and Asparagus

This simple yet elegant sheet pan meal is bursting with rich, savory flavor and comes together with ease—perfect for a weeknight dinner or a relaxed dinner party. The combination of tender salmon, crisp asparagus, and a sweet-savory glaze makes every bite feel special without any fuss. It’s a go-to recipe when you want something healthy, delicious, and impressive in under 30 minutes.

Preparations

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp Pasolivo Garlic Olive Oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix remaining 2 tbsp Pasolivo Garlic Olive Oil, Pasolivo Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup, and soy sauce.
  4. Set aside 3 tbsp of marinade for serving.
  5. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place salmon in the middle. Lay asparagus in a single layer on the sides of the salmon.
  6. Pour 2 tbsp of marinade over salmon. Sprinkle salmon and asparagus with Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Saltand freshly ground pepper.
  7. Bake approximately 20 minutes, or until salmon flakes with a fork.
  8. To serve: divide salmon and asparagus between plates, pour 1 tbsp reserved marinade over salmon, and add additional Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste.
