Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and let nuts cool. If they are too sticky when cooled and don't break apart, then cook for a few more minutes and cool again.
Serve in a bowl or with ice cream, pumpkin pie, oatmeal, etc., or use in the Cranberry Goat Cheese Bites!
