Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced hothouse or Persian cucumbers
  • 1 cup chopped red, yellow, or orange peppers
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup pitted Kalamata Olives, halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese


Dressing:

*Cut vegetables in a similar bite size for even cooking


Preparations

  1. Toss salad ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix dressing well, then toss with dressing, add freshly ground pepper and additional Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt to taste, and serve.
