Purchased as a gift, my children’s father loved it.
Love this stuff! I sprinkle it over cut up mozzarella and tomatoes and splash a bit of lemon olive oil and balsamic glaze. What a great taste.,
You can use this spice in about everything and it enhances every dish! Love entertaining guests with the Tuscan oil, Tuscan balsamic and this wonderful spice. All you need is a nice wine and a loaf of bread and you have a meal.

Wonderful addition to olive oil for bread dipping, as well as, a basic cooking spice. Adds so much flavor!
This is salt forward, but excellent on roasted or fried potatoes, on steak or as a topping for homemade focaccia bread. I think it would also be good in homemade pasta sauce.
