Excelent , non-hot-spicied, beautifully balanced mix of peppers!

It was yummy when we tried at the testing room, so I got it. At home, I used it with seafood, salmon, over avocado toast, in top of over-easy eggs, over hummus, over baked cream cheese, with mayo on potato salad, on stir-fries... and I like it more and more. What a great finding for a person who loves good cooking.
