Lavender Sage Honey is an infused honey, which mingles the delicate flavor of raw sage honey with a touch of lavender. Lavender blossoms are harvested near the end of summer and infused with gently warmed sage honey until the flavor is perfect. This honey is excellent in tea, coffee, on toast, and for desserts. Please keep at room temperature. If crystalization/granulation occurs, simply place the jar in a bowl of warm water for twenty minutes to re-liquify.
