Delicious Tuscan-inspired breadcrumbs are versatile in their culinary application: sprinkled on top of pasta, mac and cheese, or used as a breading for cutlets or fish.
Heat a large skillet over low heat. Add 1/2 C Tuscan Olive Oil, garlic, Tuscan Blend, panko, and a pinch of salt.
Mix until oil is fully absorbed by the panko. If there's dry spots, slowly add more oil. Careful not to add too much, or else the final product will be too oily.
Continue to stir over low heat, until breadcrumbs are lightly toasted and golden.
Add in parsley, adjust seasoning if needed.
Remove from heat. Drain on a sheet tray lined with paper towels until cool. Store in tupperware lined with paper towels at room temp. Breadcrumbs will last up to 1 week. Enjoy!
