Preparations

  1. In a medium pot, combine the coconut milk, water, and Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt. Bring to a gentle boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir in the jasmine rice. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18–25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  3. Remove from heat, fluff with a fork, and set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Pasolivo Smokey Sriracha Sauce, Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Using a vegetable peeler, peel the cucumbers and carrots into thin ribbons.
  7. Place the ribbons in a medium bowl. Add the Pasolivo Fire Cider or Sweet Habanero Balsamic Vinegar, Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey, Pasolivo Smokey Sriracha Sauce, soy sauce, and Pasolivo Asian Spice Blend. Toss gently until evenly coated.
  8. Heat the Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  9. Add the diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes, or until softened. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
  10. Add the ground turkey, Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt, and Pasolivo Asian Spice Blend. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking the turkey into small pieces, until no pink remains and turkey is fully cooked.
  11. Divide the coconut rice, ground turkey, and salad among 5 bowls. Drizzle with bang bang sauce.
  12. Add optional toppings like green onions, avocado, sesame seeds, or extra bang bang sauce, if desired.
