Cranberry Tangerine Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp tangerine or orange zest
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped

Preparations

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, buttermilk, vanilla extract, zest, and Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and combine.
  4. Stir in cranberries and pour into a parchment-lined 9x5 bread pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool bread before serving.
