Prepare the glaze in a small-medium bowl, mix all ingredients with a fork until combined. Set aside.
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil then a layer of parchment paper, for easy clean up and a non-stick surface. Place chicken in center of tray, pour glaze on top and toss until coated. Spread out chicken in one even layer and bake in pre-heated 375ºF oven until chicken is brown and juices run clear, about 1 hour.
In a medium bowl place Pasolivo Fiery Ale Mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Pasolivo Ghost Pepper Salt or Pasolivo Sriracha Salt, mayonnaise and sour cream and mix with a fork until smooth.
Stir in vinegar and then oil until combined. Add blue cheese and parsley.
