Herbes de Provence Asparagus

  1. Cut asparagus into 1" pieces.
  2. Warm Pasolivo Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add asparagus, Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt , Pasolivo Herbes de Provence , and a few turns of pepper. Stir occasionally. The thickness of the stalks will determine how long it takes to cook, approximately 7-10 minutes.
  4. Season with additional Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.



* Optional: toss all ingredients together and place in oven at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. (Length of cook time will depends on thickness of stalks).

*This is an easy recipe to double or triple. Usa a pan that keeps asparagus from overcrowding.
