Oil the foil to prevent to prevent cheeses from sticking, then place bread on top. Cut the loaf diagonally, going deep into the loaf, but do not cut all the way through. Make these cuts about 1" wide. Then cut in the opposite direction diagonally.
In a small bowl, mix Pasolivo Tuscan Olive Oil, Pasolivo Italian Seasoning, and Pasolivo Roasted Garlic Sea Salt.
Using a pastry brush, brush the olive oil mixture into the cuts of bread.
Using your hands, stuff the pepperoni and cheese down into the bread. This will open the loaf up more. Close the tin foil, sealing it. If possible, make space so that the tin foil is not directly on the cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Open foil and fold it back. Then bake an additional 10 minutes, until browned and melted. Remove from foil and slice to serve.
*Optional: dip into Pasolivo Marinara Sauce.
