  1. Slice the baguette and place the slices on a sheet pan. Brush the tops of the sliced bread with Pasolivo Soltera Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Place the pan on the top rack of the oven and broil on high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, until lightly golden brown. Be sure to watch the bread while it's under the broiler, so it doesn't burn. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
  2. Place the diced peaches into a large mixing bowl with the chopped red onion, tomatoes, garlic, basil, Pasolivo Spring Blend ,Pasolivo Pacific Peach Vinegar , and 1 tbsp of Pasolivo Soltera Extra Virgin Olive Oil. . Toss well to combine. Set aside.
  3. Spread the goat cheese evenly onto each slice of toast and top with peach mixture.
  4. Place the topped toasts on a serving plate. Drizzle each toast with a bit of Pasolivo Soltera Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey. Serve immediately at room temperature. Garnish with julienned basil if desired.
