This recipe includes butternut squash, onion, yams, parsnips, carrots, and cauliflower.   1. In a small bowl, mix the Pasolivo Dukkah Blend, Central Coast Curry, and cumin.
  2. Put all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Pour onto two 18x13 sheet pans and spread evenly to cover the pans. Roast for 12 minutes or until tender and some edges are crisping and caramelizing.
