Our Chimichurri is inspired by the popular Argentinian condiment. It can be used as a rub with extra salt for any grilled meats. It can also be rehydrated with Raspberry Basil Vinegar and any EVOO to create a classic chimichurri, just let it steep for at least 30 minutes. Fresh cilantro is a nice touch if you have it.

I put together a holiday gift basket using some of my recent items I chose in my last member order and the jar of Chimichurri sauce was one of the items I included. Hopefully she enjoyed it as she includes chimichurri in many dishes she prepares.
