We discovered this combination while visiting the Pasolivio Ranch, and had to have these to take home. We use the combination of Citrus Olive oil and Fig Balsamic vinegar on salads almost daily. Even the smallest amounts elevate what is just a simple green salad to something amazing and delicious. This combination is a must have in our pantry.
