Flavored Olive Oil
Many producers add flavors to lower-quality oils that wouldn’t pass extra virgin certification, as flavored oils are no longer labeled as extra virgin.
At Pasolivo, we never infuse our oils. Instead, we either co-mill our olives with fresh ingredients, like basil, or hand-blend our certified extra virgin olive oil with natural flavors, like Meyer lemon zest.
This careful process ensures that every flavored oil delivers the same health benefits as our extra virgin olive oils.
