Our Basil Olive Oil is created by co-milling 400 pounds of fresh basil per ton of olives during harvest. A subtle sweetness gives way to a pleasant peppery finish in this popular flavored blend. It is wonderful drizzled over a Caprese salad, or on pasta, grilled meat, and even scrambled eggs.
