I love it. I used it on a beautiful Italian tomato salad I made that same night. No vinegar needed :).

I was looking for a mild tasting olive oil to use in my morning coffee instead of butter. This fits the bill perfectly. I also use it on my salads with balsamic vinegar.
We are very disappointed. We were looking forward to having our order at least by the end of the month. I’ve called and left a message to find out the status. No return phone call. There is no tracking number. No nothing. This order has been paid for in full. I now doubting should I continue the subscription?

This is a mild, yet flavorful go to for salad dressing. We combine Soltera with Fig Balsamic vinegar with a little lemon juice, salt and pepper- the best! It is a staple in our house!
