White Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 ounces white chocolate
  • 3 1/2 ounces butter
  • 10 ounces sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 ounces all purpose flour
  • Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil to taste

Preparations

  1. Over a double boiler melt the chocolate and butter together.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Whisk in eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Stir in flour and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour into a lightly greased pan. Bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into desired sizes. Top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Drizzle with Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil.
