Wonderful taste. We use it in salads and dipping in oil with bread. All good.
I make a vinaigrette every night and have for years used an apple cider vinegar. I recently started using Pasolivo's Fig Balsamic Vinegar instead. It is incredibly delicious! A really sweet undertone just makes my salad sing!
