Adds a refreshing lift to my salad when I combine with Soltera Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

So very delicious! This with the basil olive oil on some watermelon with feta cheese is to die for!!

We love the Blackberry Balsamic
Vinegar. Just used it last night as a sauce for veal scallopine with shiitake mushrooms. Absolutely delicious.

I have not yet used it as a dressing. That is next on my list. I have been enjoying the vinegar as a shrub! I add some to an ice cold glass of club soda/seltzer. It's super refreshing! I've only used non flavored seltzer, but you can get super creative with the different flavors. Another fun Idea is adding a sprig of rosemary for brightness. Cheers!
