With hints of apple pie, this is a wonderful addition to chicken salad or fresh baby spinach salad, especially when paired with our robust, peppery Pasolivo Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Try using it in a brine for your Thanksgiving turkey and in marinades for roast pork loin. We also love the brightness of this sweet vinegar in a simple cocktail of seltzer water and gin.

It is yummy. Perfect for salads and although it is "winter", we use it for EVERYTHING. Salads, we add it to our water, we splash it over chicken. It is DELICIOUS.
The winter ambrosia is perfect all year round. My daughter makes all our salads and uses it regularly on our fresh greens. The flavors of the vinaigrette brighten up and complement any fruit that is added to the salad.
Winter Ambrosia is a nice change from balsamic on tomatoes and many salads.
