Our Habanero Olive Oil is made by co-milling fresh habanero peppers with Pasolivo-grown olives to create a bold, intensely flavorful oil. Using the same milling process as our extra virgin olive oils, it delivers the same health benefits found in our California Olive Oil Council (COOC) Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oils while capturing the fiery heat of fresh habanero.
Sustainably farmed olives are hand-harvested and pressed within hours at our on-site mill, then bottled in small batches to preserve peak freshness and flavor. The result is a vibrant, spicy oil with a slow-building heat and smooth finish.
