I love using the Tangerine Olive Oil in salad dressing and as a finishing oil for soups. But this oil is divine in olive oil cake. The end result is light and velvety and bursting with amazing, juicy flavor. I've tried it in traditional olive oil cake and in chocolate olive oil cake. Everyone asks what's my secret ingredient.
