I love Passoliva Olive Oil! I use it to lightly season my burger buns: pour a little on a griddle pan over med- high heat, then toast the bun on the griddle. I also use it for salad dressings, additions to dips, to fry eggs….

Love using garlic in a lot of my cooking however, do not love chopping up those little cloves. This garlic infused olive oil serves as a great replacement! Love it particularly over fresh baked focaccia & a simple pasta.

We love the Pasolivo garlic oil.We have tried it against other store bought brands and they don't even come close to the rich flavor of Pasolivo’s.Their flavor really comes through when cooking. I have 4 bottles in pantry, so I never run out! I have been a member of their club for about 20 years.I was really surprised when I started getting mustards(sooo good),sauces, spices and sea salt.They are my go to for gifting.My niece was just here and triedthe Fiery Ale mustard and said I want this on my Xmas list.Warning its super HOT!

I love this garlic oil because it saves me time when garlic is called for and the oil is premium. For this with issues eating garlic, it’s gentler on the stomach. I highly recommend it.
Use it in our toast daily then top with avocado, chili paste and honey! Yum!
