Made a vinegar and garlic lemon evoo using a pinch of Tuscan herb mix
Very tasty
Very light, crisp vinegar. Wonderful drizzled on watermelon or cantaloupe with a sprinkling of salt. Or dress your favorite salad with some of this vinegar and Pasolivo EVOO. Delicious!

Love this vinegar-- imparts a wonderful flavor to vinaigrette dressing I use on an endive, pear and toasted walnut salad.
This is the most amazing vinegar! It can be paired with any olive oil ( the Tangerine is exceptional) for a wonderful light summer salad dressing. My daughter loves it so much (and she has tried to no avail to obtain it elsewhere) that I have to order an extra one for her every time I edit my club order. Every friend I have served it to wants some as well.

Mixed with tangerine olive oil and a tiny bit of salt, this vinegar makes an excellent salad dressing! We enjoy tossing it with lettuce, feta cheese and tangerine sections and avocado. Truly a winner!
I like to mix the sparkling citrus half and half with the sweet habanero vinegar. It results in a slightly sweet, slightly spicy acid kick. Very nice.

I love the Sparkling Citrus Vinegar! I have been adding it to drinks. A few splashes to a seltzer or some sort of a fizzy water for a "kombucha" tasting effervescent refreaher or a mocktails. Of course it makes a fantastic salad dressing. Especially salads with fruit.

Absolutely fantastic! It makes the best base for salad dressing. Think of the delicious side salads you get in France with really good lettuce’s and a simple, bright oil and vinegar dressing. This is the vinegar you wanna use for that kind of salad
