Pasolivo's herb and spice blends are outstanding. The Herbes de Provence is one that I have found to be just the perfect blend of lavender and other herbs without the lavender being overbearing. I am finding myself using it in many dishes, for eggs, vegetables, chicken, fish.. I think I may be on my 4th bag of it over the past few years. Top marks!
