Our Red Jalapeño Olive Oil is crafted by co-milling fresh red jalapeños with just-picked Pasolivo olives at harvest to create a bold, vibrant, and naturally infused flavor. Using the same milling process as our extra virgin olive oils, it delivers the same health benefits found in our California Olive Oil Council (COOC) Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oils while capturing the bright heat of fresh jalapeño.

Sustainably farmed olives are hand-harvested and pressed within hours at our on-site mill, then bottled in small batches to preserve peak freshness and flavor. The result is a lively, peppery oil with a smooth heat that builds beautifully on the palate.

Perfect for drizzling over tacos, pizza, eggs, grilled vegetables, or anything that could use a spicy kick, it adds bold flavor without overpowering your dish.
